Events
How do I sign up for events?
You can sign up for golf events on our website, here. Events will list whether they are free or if there is an associated cost. Priced events will be charged to your Membership account.
When are monthly events announced?
Events and important updates are all shared through our weekly Member update. The first week of each month, we will post that month's calendar on the website calendar, and we will link to it in our email.
Golf Course Operations
I have my own personal golf cart. Do I need to register it with the club?
Yes! Please stop by the golf shop and we can get your golf cart authorized. We will provide you with a decal that is proof of your registration.
What is your Cart Agreement?
Click here to view our Cart Agreement.
What is your Outside Alcohol policy?
As per Gwinnett County law, outside alcohol and coolers are not permitted at the golf course. We pride ourselves on having fair pricing compared to our competitors but most importantly it is a liability to our staff members and the club’s liquor license to have alcohol not purchased at the club consumed on club property. If you are caught with alcohol not purchased from the club it will be confiscated and we will give you a warning. If you are caught for a second time your membership privileges at the club will be revoked.
Where can I book a tee time and what are your booking windows?
Full Golf Members and Unlimited Golf Members have an 8-day booking window for reserving tee-times and all other golf categories have a 7-day booking window. The tee-sheet opens for booking at 7:00am. To book a tee-time you can do so on our website or through the fore up app. You can also contact the golf shop at 770-945-4653 ext. 1. Using the online app, it will only allow you to book one tee-time per day. If you need more than one tee time, please contact John Arndt, our Golf Operations Manager, for approval, HERE.
Singles and Twosomes
Our golf shop will pair up singles and twosomes to maximize tee-time availability. If you are paired up with another group, you must stay paired out on the golf course.
What is your No Show policy?
If you No Show your tee time or fail to call us in advance, you will be charged a $35 fee for the number of players that you reserved in your tee time. Exceptions to this will only be inclement weather days of rain or snow.
A No Show is when a tee time reservation is made at a golf course and all or a portion of these golfers fail to show up for their reserved tee time. Typically, a course would like the player who made the reservation to contact the golf course at a minimum of 24-hours prior to their reserved tee time to cancel the entire tee time reservation or downsize the number of golfers playing in the group.
We understand that situations occur and sometimes tee time reservations must be cancelled. If you are unable to make your tee time, we simply ask that you give us a call in advance to cancel. The more notice you give us, the better chance we have in putting other golfers in that slot. If members do this, it gives the golf course an opportunity to have other members reserve and utilize the tee time, which has two advantages:
- The golf course is able to generate the expected revenue for that tee time slot.
- It allows other members the opportunity to play as opposed to the tee time going empty.
